2007
Season Begins on June 7!
Join the Kankakee Municipal Band for their first
concert of the 2007 season on Thursday, June 7 at 7:30
pm.
Our conductor is Dr. Neal McMullian.
Serving as just the fifth director in the history of
the band,
Dr. McMullian is a music professor at
Olivet Nazarene University. He holds the Doctor
of Musical Arts from the University of Georgia.

Members of the band may borrow
titles (within reasonable guidelines). Schools who have previously loaned music
to the band may also borrow music titles. All parts must be retuned free of
markings (erased) and placed in score order.
The Kankakee Municipal Band library includes the Governors State University
collection which was donated to the band in the 1990's. The collection is
extensive and includes several Mark Hindsley orchestral transcriptions:
